Running Reports

As well as your Nightly Summary and real-time email alerts, you can run your own reports on your CANDDi data too.

To do this, head to the ‘Identify’ tab in your CANDDi dashboard, and scroll down the left hand side to the ‘Reports’ section.

Here you’ll see the Reports dashboard where you can use the date and user to filter your data accordingly. This will provide a summary view for the users’ daily engaged visitors.

If you want more specific data, you can export reports straight from your Streams.
