What’s the difference?
Identifying Visitors
Like CANDDi, Visitor Queue can tell you the company that has visited your website. When it comes to identifying the individual who visited, though, Visitor Queue is only able to tell you who it might have been based on a list of that company’s employees.
With our innovative identification methods, we can make sure you know who specifically has visited your site, so you can contact the right person when they are most likely to close the deal.
Lead scoring
Visitor Queue offers a way to view your visitors, but with no lead scoring feature, how do you know which will give you the greatest return?
CANDDi scores leads based on their activity, allowing you to focus your attention on the hottest leads when it matters most.
CRM integrations
CANDDi boasts the ability to fully integrate with most popular CRMs, and for those that we can’t yet plug into, we offer a bespoke integration.
Visitor Queue doesn’t directly integrate with any CRMs other than Salesforce. Third-party integration software like Zapier can be used, but this does complicate the setup process. It also means the features available to you are limited by what’s included in the integration software.
Email Integration
Currently, Visitor Queue doesn’t offer any email tracking or integration to help you intelligently follow up on leads.
CANDDi integrates with all email marketing platforms, and one-to-one emails using Gmail and Outlook. This means you get notified as soon as your recipient opens your emails, and if they click on any links you send them.
