How to Install CANDDi Tracking on BigCommerce Sites

Installing the CANDDi tracking code on your website allows us to identify your website visitors at the company level.

That means a constant trickle of warm leads to point your sales team in the right direction!

Adding CANDDi tracking to your BigCommerce site is easy enough.

1. Copy your CANDDi tracking code.
2. Log into your BigCommerce site and click on ‘Storefront’ from the left menu.
3. Click on ‘Script Manager’ and then click ‘Create a Script’.
4. Create a new script by giving it a name, e.g. ‘CANDDi code’ and mark the location on the page as ‘Head’.
5. Select ‘all pages’ and the script type is ‘Script’.
6. In ‘Contents’ paste your CANDDi code and click save.
