How to Check Your CANDDi Tracking Is Working

Once you’ve got your CANDDi code installed, you can check your web pages are being tracked by simply opening up your CANDDi dashboard.

Please note that this checking method will only work for CANDDi users who used the manual installation method, or the Wordpress integration.

Click on the ‘Settings’ tab across the top, and then scroll down to the ‘Developers’ section. Click on ‘Tracker code’.

This will open a new page that has your 6 lines of javascript and a search bar that allows you to enter in each URL of the web page you want to check. All you have to do is copy and paste your URL and hit the ‘check tracking’ button.

Hopefully, you’ll see a green banner that lets you know your tracking is working as it should!
