Look no further, at CANDDi we are looking for a highly motivated telephone sales executive to join our team and focus on UK SMEs.
CANDDi is a fast growing VC backed internet startup that provides website owners with the ability to know who’s been on their website, what they’ve been looking at and in return to engage with these visitors. The role will consist in 1) Identification of Leads to sell our current product, 2) contacting these leads by phone, and 3) closing deals. The job includes a high percentage of sales bonus and can lead to management position in the future.
The person will be expected to:
- spend 60% of the time on the phone
- perform market research to generate their own leads
- follow scripts, emails templates and improve them
- 1 year minimum experience in telesales
- experience in product sales (offline or online)
- experience identifying and closing new business
- Passion for sales
- Excellent communications skills
- Positive attitude
- Self driven and energetic
- Highly flexible to work in a demanding startup
- Able to follow and improve processes
- Ideally experience with online marketing and/or web analytics
Salary: Negociable based on experience, includes large performance based bonus
