Tim Langley, CEO
Tim Langley is a serial entrepreneur and the primary technology brain behind the development of CANDDi. Tim holds an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Manchester Business School. CANDDi is Tim's fifth venture since 2002, and he has successfully raised venture capital from Enterprise Ventures, Northstar Venturest and The Difference Engine.

Tom Cheesewright, CMO
Tom Cheesewright is an experienced marketer with international experience across several disciplines. The problems he identified sparked the development of CANDDi. Tom is a commentator for the BBC on all things digital, appearing regularly on TV and radio. Tom is responsible for defining and communicating CANDDi's proposition and positioning.

Frederic Abrard, Sales Director
Frederic Abrard joined CANDDi this September from Google. Fred has been working in senior sales roles at Google since 2009 managing large customers in the French market. Bringing to CANDDi a wealth of experience and expertise in online, ecommerce and lead generation business models, Fred holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Doctorate in applied mathematics and computing from Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse.

Jim Mann, Chairman
Jim Mann is a serial entrepreneur whose passion for fierce challenges and the development of new concepts has been with him since he graduated from Durham University. Within CANDDi Jim acts as Chairman, ensuring that the team are focused on achieving the long-term strategic objectives.

Oli Wood, VP Engineering
Oli Wood is an experienced software developer with experience in start-ups, agencies and major corporations. A fellow participant in the first Difference Engine programme, Oli had previously run the digital side of a Newcastle marketing agency after having spent time working on several government projects for Accenture. Oli has a Masters in Computer Science from Durham University.
